About the role
The Medical Receptionist of Grand Pacific Health Centre Nowra (GPHCN) serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in a fast-paced clinic environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience for all individuals accessing care.
This is a full-time permanent full-time position.

Duties
- Welcome patients and deliver exceptional service. Manage enquiries, bookings and appointment scheduling to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records, billing and clinic administration. Support clinicians and keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Uphold quality, safety and privacy standards. Monitor compliance, identify improvement opportunities and help achieve service targets.
Skills & Experience
- Qualifications in administration or a combination of relevant training and experience deemed to be appropriate
- Exceptional customer service skills, with prior experience in a medical reception setting with the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and practice information
- Outstanding communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organisational skills.
