The business has built its reputation on functional, aesthetically appealing and high-quality cabinetry tailored to each client’s requirements, and its day-to-day operation depends on the careful coordination of design planning, material procurement, production scheduling, contractor coordination and installation arrangements so that each project is completed efficiently and to the agreed specification, budget and timeline.

About the Position

  • Prepare, maintain and review project documentation, including work orders, project plans, progress reports, schedules and variation records
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to respond to project enquiries, resolve operational issues and coordinate changes to project requirements
  • Monitor contractor performance and installation activities, reporting work order variations, scheduling conflicts and delivery issues to management
  • Collect and analyse project performance data, prepare progress reports and recommend improvements to project administration and delivery processes
  • Assist management in implementing project decisions, coordinating corrective actions and ensuring compliance with agreed project specifications and quality requirements

Requirements

  • Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
  • A minimum AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management or a closely related field
  • A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in project administration, project coordination or a similar role; experience in construction, joinery, cabinetry, manufacturing or renovation projects is highly regarded
