Based in Echuca, Victoria, this is a full time, permanent role within Business Banking, part of Business and Wealth. You’ll work alongside Relationship Managers to support local business customers, helping to understand their needs and deliver banking solutions that support their ambitions.
You’ll help manage customer relationships, prepare lending and credit submissions, undertake financial analysis and support the day to day management of customer portfolios. Along the way, you’ll build valuable knowledge across business lending, credit and relationship management while becoming an important part of a team supporting businesses in the local community.
What do I need?
• Experience supporting customers and building strong, trusted relationships
• An understanding of business banking, lending or credit, with the ability to develop your knowledge further
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting financial information
• The ability to organise competing priorities and deliver accurate, timely work
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with customers and colleagues
