About the Role
Enzo's Cucina, an Italian restaurant located in Carrara on the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Plan, organise and coordinate restaurant services.
- Recruit, train, supervise and manage front-of-house staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and coordinate work schedules.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and ordering requirements.
- Manage operational budgets, costs and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate restaurant functions, events and special bookings.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
Skills and Experience
- At least one year of relevant experience in Hospitality Manager roles.
