VNS was established in 2000 by Lina Cornell to provide Victorian Health Care Facilities with experienced and skilled staff across a wide range of clinical areas and settings. Lina being a Registered Nurse herself saw the challenges nurses faced having to work full-time while balancing a busy life and wanted to provide nurses and midwives the opportunity to choose and pick shifts according to their lifestyle.

Over the last 20 years our robust recruitment process ensures that all VNS staff are thoroughly vetted and their experience and qualifications are verified. We also ensure that all requirements including mandatory training, registration and police checks are met on an ongoing basis by our staff.
