Level Crossing Removal Project

The Level Crossing Removal Project has been established to oversee the removal of 75 level crossings. The project will ensure that the level crossings are removed in a coordinated and efficient manner, and is responsible for all aspects of the project including planning and development, stakeholder engagement, procurement, through to construction and delivery. We are also responsible for extending the South Morang line to Mernda to cater for the significant population growth in Melbourne’s north. We also delivered the Hurstbridge rail line upgrade project, which includes a 1.2 kilometre duplication of the line between Heidelberg and Rosanna.
