Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV) regulates the commercial passenger vehicle industry in Victoria. Our aim is to create a commercial passenger vehicle industry that is customer-focussed, safe, accessible and competitive. To achieve this aim we strive to be a contemporary, adaptable and best practice transport regulator.
