About Caffe Buongiorno Modbury
Caffe Buongiorno first opened at Modbury in 1995; however it has been since 2000 when the Raslan brothers (Brian, Sam and Robert) took over, that “Cafe B” has gone from strength to strength.
At Cafe B we have a strong belief that the customers are our most important asset. No matter how complicated the request, we always go to that extra mile to ensure we can satisfy you!
To ensure our values and beliefs are continually implemented, upon commencement at Cafe B, our staff are given a full induction to our policies and service procedures. We continue to train our staff through traineeships, staff excursions and regular in house events.
Over the years, we have fine tuned our Menu with the aim to provide you the best quality food, on time, for a reasonable price. Our current Head Chef has over 15 years experience within the industry and has worked hard to maintain consistency and presentation for every meal we serve.
Our specially trained Baristas consistently ensure the quality of our coffee is the highest you can expect. They are instructed to remake any coffee or hot beverage that may not be up to your satisfaction, no questions asked.
Most importantly, we listen. Our customers’ feedback about the quality of our food and service is what give us the opportunity to improve.
We believe that the combination of happy staff, dedicated managers, the owners’ commitment to ensuring a safe workplace, continuous upgrades and our customers are the reason for our continuing success over the years.
