A Unique opportunity is now available for a passionate Sales Relationship Manager to join our QDI Medical Sales team on a full time basis.

The Role
We are currently looking for a Medical Liaison/Sales Relationship Manager to build and grow strong relationships with existing and new referrers to QDI. Your focus will be to develop the brand and awareness of our services within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives and managing new and existing referrers, whilst communicating with all internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Targeting, prioritizing, developing and fostering strong relationships with referrers including GPs and Specialists
Assistance with managing referrer access to online imaging systems
Development of sales plans in conjunction with management
Deal with referrer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
Data collection and analysis of referral patterns
Effectively communicating and engaging with all key stakeholders (Radiologists, Operations Managers, Site Managers, other team members)
Managing referral requirements for all existing and new referrers in the assigned territory to achieve growth objectives
Providing feedback to the business on all received market information
Ability to understand technology systems relating to role and the promotion of these technologies.

Essential:

Previous sales experience
Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
The ability to build and maintain genuine relationships with all stakeholders
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High Standard of Communication – written and verbal
Professional personal presentation
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners
Highly motivated and well organised
Enthusiastic, honest and high level of integrity
Ability to work as part of a cohesive team
Ability to work in Australia and current open drivers licence

Desirable:

Relevant Tertiary Qualifications ( Health science related ) or previous professional experience
Certificate of Medical Terminology
Certificate III Customer Service and/ or Essential Selling Skills
Customer Relationship Management tool experience eg. Salesforce
