ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role you will be working as part of a wider team and be responsible for the below:

Provide direct and friendly assistance to all external customers
Implement problem solving advise abd troubleshoot to diagnose and what is/are factors leading to the customers problem
Aim to resolve all technical enquiries in a timely, efficient manner
Accurately record and log details of any customer contacts received into the help desk system
Escalate any issue that cannot be resolved in a timely manner
Undertake periodic technical skill and knowledge tests to keep your knowledge and skills sharp regarding brands products.
Work towards KPI’s set before you and accurately provide feedback

ABOUT YOU:

Minimum 1-2 years prior help desk experience
Minimum 6 months technical support experience
Qualifications in a specific IT related field, highly desirable
Strong communication skills (troubleshooting and problem solvingwith both internal and external customers)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Operating systems
Prior exposure to networking products (including LAN/WAN, TCP/ IP and wireless)
Exposure to Live Chat systems is required
