Position Description

This small firm is looking for a dynamic school leaver who is looking to start a Certificate III Business Administration traineeship. Do you have a go-getter attitude?

Duties will include:
* Daily use and maintenance of client database and document management systems;
* Answering all phone calls and taking accurate messages;
* Mail management including preparation of letters, organisation of couriers and distributing of mail within the office
* Filing, scanning, photocopying, binding, archiving and the saving down of information

The successful candidate will have:
* Beginner/Intermediate level of Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge;
* Effective communication skills - written & verbal;
* Attention to detail & willingness to learn;
* Ability to take direction and follow instructions;
* Genuine interest in providing quality customer service;
* Pleasant phone manner.
* Drivers LIcense and car
