About the role
We are getting bigger and busier, so are seeking a dynamic leader to help shape our Warehouse Operations for the future. We're looking for someone with relevant experience in a warehouse management role, who is now ready to take the next step into a global organisation with advancement potential.
You will be responsible for a 4000m2 warehouse with 10-12 staff and 20,000 line items. From site inductions to overseeing rosters and customer follow up, you will have top notch process skills, ideas for innovation and be looking for a role where your input is valued.
You'll bring to the table:
You will ideally come from an industry that supplies big box retailers and have experience at implementing strategies to improve turnaround times. Ability to set, meet and monitor KPIs is critical. Whatever your background, you're ambitious and looking for a long term career move where you can develop.
