Valuation Manager (Commercial)

Valuation Manager to join the new Gold Coast office of Australia’s fastest growing Valuations firm. 

Currently a small tea of primarily Residential Valuers, they’re looking for a Senior Commercial Valuer looking to take the step to Manager to continue to develop that side of the business. (They are also open minded to a strong Residential Valuer with managerial qualities that they can train in Commercial for the role). 

Support: 

A big part of this firm’s fast growth has been the support they have given their satellite offices as their taking off so you can expect full corporate support including marketing, finance, management, training & more. In addition, the National Heads of both Residential & Commercial are based in Brisbane & are happy to offer training, support & to help you settle into the role. 

Valuations:

• Role is to build the Commercial team on the Gold Coast (primarily sub $10M, but if you come with Middle Market or Institutional experience, they will definitely be interested). 
• As a firm they have a very strong Commercial team that runs the full gamut of valuation types including Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Institutional, Going Concerns, Ratings, Just Terms, Compulsory Acquisitions & Residential. 
• Full training is available for specialist valuations areas if you do not have experience in these areas & would like to gain it.

Salary is circa $110,000 - 150,000 + bonuses.
