About the Role

This territory would be based in Sydney’s Western Suburbs, extending from Bankstown to Penrith. This position includes a regional run encompassing Orange & Dubbo.

As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing a range of diverse customers through your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to influence key partners. Managing your own territory autonomously day to day, you will be supported by an experienced management team and will also maintain close contact with your peer network.

Develop your insights and experience into the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry by:

  • Using category insights to increase share of space in-store and optimise ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf
  • Selling permanent and temporary displays into all customers
  • Ensuring efficient coverage of your entire store network

All of the tools required to succeed will be provided, for example an iPad and fully maintained company car. You will also undergo a comprehensive induction and training program.

The Ideal Candidate

A University Degree qualified graduate who is keen to learn and develop into a corporate leader of tomorrow. The key to your success in this role is an interest in Customer Development/Sales, Logistics, Communications, Economics or Marketing.

We are looking for a confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships. Strong time management and organisational skills are imperative, as is being self-motivated, resilient and determined to succeed.

You must have a valid driver's licence and Australian work rights to be considered for this opportunity.
