Hays are currently representing a highly respected national organisation in servicing of Hobart’s commercial and industrial sectors. Specialising in the distribution, sales and support of world leading products our client is well regarded as a leader in their chosen market. Your new role
Due to positive enhancements within their national portfolio they are now seeking the services of an elite sale professional to assist their hydraulics and pneumatics division. As the face of the businesses across the state it will be your role that is responsible for liaising with the industries unique and influential clientele. You will engage in commercial business discussions with a broad range of stakeholders including but not limited to Trades Experts and Project Managers. You’ll have the support of business management to assist you in implementing your strategic sales planning and ensure that you and the organisation are able to continue to be recognised as the premier supplier across the region.

What you'll need to succeed
For your application to be successful it is essential that you possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills with an added emphasis on your ability to generate greater market share. It’s vital that you have a history in sales representative role within a technical environment, ideally closely aligned to hydraulics and pneumatics and are comfortable liaising with a highly intellectual customer base. A proven and measurable background in developing and implementing sales strategies and the ability to exceed annual budgets will see you quickly shortlisted for this position.
