The Opportunity:

We want to welcome you to join the Dulux team in Padstow, NSW, as a Superstar - Technical Customer Service Representative and assist our valued customers.

Do you love DIY or a professional painter that is seeking a new opportunity to share your knowledge and skills?

In this exciting position you’ll be responding to high volumes of technical queries via phone and email from a range of retail, trade and commercial customers as well as end-user consumers. Every day is different and you will learn and grow so much. Day to day you’ll be:

  • Liaising and networking with Sales Representatives and our Laboratory team to solve problems and be an everyday hero
  • Updating and help to manage our CRM with customer details
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and make a real impact
  • Providing basic colour or technical product advice to internal and external customers
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Supporting with Live Chat channels to help customers.

Please note this full-time role operates on a rotating roster Mon-Fri with start times between 7:30am-10:30am, and Saturday (8:30am-3pm) or Sunday (10am-4:30pm) work every 2-3 weeks.

What you will bring and develop:

You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills along with a proactive, customer focused approach. As a great team player, you’ll be hardworking and flexible, and will be motivated by working in a fast-paced environment that offers career progression. Other key skills and experience include:

  • Customer service experience – face to face or over the phone
  • Knowledge of Consumer Rights and the complaints handling process
  • Confidence with computers and technology
  • Paint knowledge or a passion for the DIY industry
