In this exciting position you’ll be responding to high volumes of technical queries via phone and email from a range of retail, trade and commercial customers as well as end-user consumers. Every day is different and you will learn and grow so much. Day to day you’ll be:
Please note this full-time role operates on a rotating roster Mon-Fri with start times between 7:30am-10:30am, and Saturday (8:30am-3pm) or Sunday (10am-4:30pm) work every 2-3 weeks.
