Your new company

Your new role
You will be working for Regulatory and Control Operations Team (RACO or Financial Crime Operations). You would be responsible for the day- to- day management of RACO systems, ensuring system availability and performance, functionality and continuity to enable optimal operations function. Driving a high standard of the team’s capability uplift relating directly to AML/CTF & Sanctions processes, this will include 'train the trainer' sessions or staff awareness training. Responsible for the mitigation of risks for the service over its full lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you should be an established technically minded thought leader with Financial Crime Compliance expertise. You should have hands on experience designing and building automation solutions to deliver transformative change. Experience in Agile practices is a must.
