Customer Care / Sales Role – Working as Superannuation Consultant!
Here's What You'll Be Doing
You will be making calls to inquiries we get on our website about there lost superannuation funds. Your job would be to understand what they are after and then assist them further. It's a customer care job with a sales flare to it.
Knowledge of Superannuation and its laws in Australia is preferred if you are not sure no problem we guide you through it, but you should be willing to learn.
What We Need from You:
- Ability to make 25 to 30 calls per hour to our inbound inquiries of the existing database. (we don't do cold calling)
- Ability to drive and achieve weekly performance targets
- Punctual, reliable and proactive work ethic
- Passionate about what you do and add your flair and personality!
- Above all Positive Working Attitude, and a happy person.
