What you will Bring:
- Experience of managing a retail or hospitality team
- Proven sales skills & experience in leading sales teams to achieve budget
- Ability to coach, lead, inspire and engage your team
- A passion for delivering the highest possible service
- Strong operational skills with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
- Experience in jewellery and or accessories a bonus
