The Stakeholder and Experience Manager is responsible for monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the website and other digital interfaces. This includes managing search engine optimisation and managing digital content to ensure it is usable, useful and accessible. This role supports the Engagement team to measure effectiveness of communication campaign activities and suggest improvement areas.
