Full job description

Ipsos Restaurant in Lorne Victoria is seeking a qualified, experienced chef with Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery. Duties include assisting head chef supervising & overseeing other chefs kitchen hands & apprentices; ordering food supplies, cleaning supplies & dry goods; preparing & cooking food for service; monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation & presentation; maintaining & supervising cleaning in accordance with health regulations; labelling & storing food in accordance with health regulations.
