About the Role
If youre applying for this role, you know social media. You take pride in understanding your audience, creating content, and engaging with them in something they love. You are a driving force and always looking for ways to learn, grow, activate, and inform on social media best practices.

As a creative and entrepreneurial thinker, you will be a key part of the Global Social Media team helping to shape and deliver the social media strategy through channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and blogs.
Social media moves at a rapid pace. Working with a team of exceptional experts, (Communications, Marketing, Analytics, Product, Sales and more) youll use your creative smarts to incubate and execute ideas that amplify our unique brand and wow our partners and small business customers.
You will have extensive experience in campaign and community management and running social media for a brand. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Youre confident in managing multiple projects and priorities and presenting to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Youll bring experience producing and delivering proactive and reactive content. Youre able to write flash copy at pace whilst adhering to style guides, templates and staying true to specific platforms. You understand paid content and integrated marketing. You have experience with social CRMs and understand social analytics. Being fluent in GIF, sarcasm, meme and puns is highly valued.
You should be at ease using social platform tools and surfacing key data metrics and insights. Experience with PR, journalism, community, international markets, and crisis comms would be advantageous.
