Your new company
Join one of Australia’s largest insurance companies dedicated to providing a first-class customer experience. Located in Melbourne, the team are now looking for customer service superstars to join them in assisting customers on a permanent position.

Your new role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Claims Consultant to join the SME and Agri Claims Team. This position would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. The primary purpose of this role is to manage inbound and outbound calls from our new and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and end to end management of claims.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communications abilities
  • Experience in phone based or insurance roles is highly desired
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Experience in contact centre roles preferable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

To be eligible to work from home you are required to meet the below:

  • Home office with desk and chair Internet speed of 5Mbps download and 1Mbps upload
  • Live within 1 hour commute time to Melbourne

Due to the ongoing nature of these roles, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and all successful be required to undergo a background check.
