About the Role

This role is accountable for managing all activities on site of vehicle processing, storage, paint and panel repairs, fleet fitment services, distribution and pre-delivery of customer fulfilment services to OEM’s and retail dealerships.

You will ensure that your team provides quality finished vehicles in line with the contracted agreed service levels of major brands and related services to meet present and future needs of our customers

Further to the above your key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Management and delivery of the financial monthly profit budgeted results
  • Team management together with driving a culture of accountability, customer focus and collaboration
  • Management of the receiving, process and distribution function to service the requirements of the franchises in terms of standard and non-standard build programs, preservation programs, pre delivery inspections, events and marketing publicity
  • Provide training to employees on the correct fitment of parts
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ensure compliance with all site safety procedures and policies

About You

To be successful you will possess the following:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Automotive vehicle industry knowledge and experience – desirable not essential
  • Experience managing blue collar workforce
  • Experience managing budgets, P&L and cost control
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A current drivers licence
  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to work and lead a team autonomously
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Microsoft office skills
  • SAP experience – desirable not essential
