HD Fitters needed for FIFO Shutdowns
Westrac have a number of exciting opportunities for suitably qualified HD Fitters to join our shutdown team. Due to ongoing growth, we are looking to expand the team to meet current shutdown demands with sites all around WA. As such, you must be a self-starter with a positive attitude who is looking to enter the mining field. Ongoing shutdowns are available, and we can give you the flexibility to choose where you want to go.
With various shutdown work coming up, we are looking for HD Fitters with a preferred knowledge of 6060 Diggers, as you will be changing a main frame. To be considered we are looking for HD fitters with:
- An Australian recognised HD Trade Certificate
- A current and valid Driver’s License
- A Police Clearance valid in the last 6 months
Our Ideal candidate will also have a confined space and working at heights, but if you don’t, we can assist with this.
As a part of our Shutdown team you must have the ability to work both unsupervised and as a part of the team. We are looking for tradespeople who take pride in what they do and are as committed to safety as we are. As a part of this commitment you will need to be able to pass an ongoing Drug and Alcohol Screen.
