Service Delivery Coordinator

As a highly motivated and crucial member of the services delivery team, you will oversee a broad range of shared functions including, service management, service desk operations utilising your existing ITIL methodology and previous experience, technical customer delivery, tracking and management of order, PO’s and vendor delivery.   • Delivery and management of ITIL service management policies, processes and procedures
  • Drive Service Ops improvement plan and reduce the cost of delivering ITIL support, change and release processes; whilst striving to improve customer satisfaction
  • Coordination and liaison with other service desks and functions
  • Drive the Service Ops improvement plan and reduce the cost of delivering ITIL support, change and release processes; whilst striving to improve customer satisfaction
  • Interact with customer technical delivery teams
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for Portfolio customer services

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator / Manager
  • ITIL & Project Management qualified and experienced
  • Attention to detail, with ability to produce clear, concise documentation
  • Proven client relationship management and ability to translate technical issues
  • Proven problem management and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • Experience with ServiceNow (desirable)
