We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our head office team in Dandenong South. This is the perfect role for someone who loves dealing with customers, who can manage scheduling for our Technicians across the country, and who can ensure projects are handled from wo-to-go. You will be an integral part of our service team, ensuring optimal after-sales service to our customers.
Your manner is upbeat, positive and personable. You can build rapport with people easily and naturally have the ability to sooth an upset customer with your confident commitment to finding a solution. You are a problem-solver and organiser, ensuring our Technicians schedules are well planned and delivered on time.
You may come from a customer service background with a strong admin focus, or be a Service Coordinator in another company. The key to your success in this role is your ability to be self managing and your ability to delight our customers!
