Your new role
You will be working within the wider professional services team in our Brisbane office, collaborating with consultants across a range of industries and clients. Your focus will be on Human Resources recruitment across the commerce and industry sector. This role will see you drive strategy and client management across the Brisbane region, recruiting across generalist HR roles and specialist positions.
This position is a critical role to developing the Hays brand and presence across our client base, capitalising on already established relationships and creating new opportunities. You will also be able to drive your presence within the HR market, through hosting and attending client networking sessions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a strong recruitment background, specifically working in a recruitment agency. Your resume should highlight recent and specific performance results around KPI’s and targets with examples of recent success on your desk in a 360 agency recruitment role. Experience recruiting within the Human Resources sector will be highly regarded.
The right person for this desk will have the confidence to work strategically to develop their client base with an established and ambitious sales plan. They will be a born relationship builder, with a passion for building long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike and ambition to become the go-to local market expert.
