Our client is a well known business going through extensive growth and created a new Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their team.
- Designing and facilitating end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to meet appropriate staffing levels across the business
- Conducting talent database searches, build, maintain and update proactive active and passive talent pools.
- Coaching and supporting hiring managers with job design, position description review, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, reference checking and offer management.
- Tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently
- Generating employment contracts, on-boarding and inductions.
- Utilising HR data including exit and engagement surveys to create and embed strategies to align with business objectives, enabling positive changes in the management of people and performance improvement.
