Our client is a well-established boutique real estate agency with a strong reputation for professionalism, service and high standards. They're looking for a capable Property Manager to join their team and manage an established portfolio across Perth's southern suburbs.

WHO WILL SUIT THIS ROLE?

You're confident managing a portfolio, know how to handle the day-to-day challenges of Property Management and take pride in keeping both landlords and tenants happy.

You're not looking to cut corners. You simply want to work smarter, have the right support around you and be part of a business that operates at a high standard.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 5+ years of Property Management experience.
• The ability to independently manage an end-to-end portfolio.
• A strong understanding of Perth's southern suburbs.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, organised approach and confidence handling challenging situations.
• High professional standards and a genuine commitment to client service.
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to work within established systems.
