Your new role
Managing multiple teams to deliver operational performance and objectives across customer service and engagement, you will ensure service usage data, revenue and compliance are efficiently communicated with market stakeholders and customers. The role will also have have involvement in preparing for, leading change management and post implementation of a new systems role roll out.
What you'll need to succeed
Harnessing the the different skill levels of a large team of people and with a clear focus on transformation, underpinned by clear leadership. Strong commercial experience in revenue assurance and leakage, managing emerging compliance requirements will be highly regarded along with experience from Utilities, Energy or Financial Services. Business of Commerce Degree or equivalent.
