Your new company
This Not-for-Profit organisation is working to reduce the impact of disease. They support and campaign for Victorians who are affected by disease and those who are at risk.

Your new role
As the new Senior Marketing Coordinator you will:

  • Upskill Marketing Coordinators across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ads
  • Develop calendar year social media strategy with the objective of increasing followers and engagement
  • Develop channel tactic for each of Diabetes Victoria’s social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Collaborate across the team to drive continuous improvements on engagement, keeping content fresh and valuable at all times
  • Work with the team to plan and execute social media posts against campaigns, scheduling in advance, with accuracy
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for our social accounts from look and feel to posting schedule and reporting on all campaigns
  • Scope out external content creation opportunities and costs ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Actively vet and collect user generated content for use in other paid marketing channels and on site
  • Develop KPI reporting to drive insights to inform new testing opportunities, content, post timing and other variables in a continuous cycle of improvement so that the organisation is set up for success in the future
  • Moderate communities to ensure positive brand perception
  • Perform influencer outreach to expand our brand’s network, build relationships, and raise awareness of our organisation
  • Respond to messages and interactions in a timely manner
