Your new role
As a senior member of an in-house team of 4 experienced lawyers, you will report into an experienced and well-respected General Counsel and provide legal advice across each of the company's divisions in Australia.

What you'll need to succeed
You must hold an Australian Practising Certificate and have 12+ years' PAE in construction law with a front-end focus, with quality training from a private practice or other in-house team. Some previous back-end construction exposure would be highly regarded but is not essential, as is additional experience in property law. You will have excellent negotiation and drafting skills as well as the ability to provide clear, pragmatic and timely legal advice within a complex commercial and operational setting.
