A market leading ASX listed organisation is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join their property development team. This role is more focused on commercial finance which also requires regular engagement with business stakeholders. Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager for the division, this role plays a crucial part in the management of owned property assets, the property network and leasehold portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the preparation of the annual capital expenditure budget.
• Month end reporting of actuals, forecasts, and variance to budget.
• Reporting on capital expenditure approvals, project updates, and property performance.
• Assist in cost management process and tracking.
• Develop and maintain financial feasibility reports.
• Due Diligence analysis - assisting with establishment of newly acquired management projects and ad hoc project work.
• Ability to managing multiple project development managers and a variety of projects.
• Provide insight and analytical reports and commentary as required to drive business.

The Successful Applicant

• Assertive personality and strong stakeholder management skills.
• CA or CPA qualified or studying towards.
• Years of property experience and knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
