Functional Safety Engineer

Your new role
This full-time role will see you taking a senior role in the risk management team and have you involved in coordinating projects, preparing cost estimates, budgets and schedules. You will use your proficiency in detail to prepare assessment documentation with analytical precision and to ensure client relationships and communication are maintained. You will use your expert knowledge and presentation skills to facilitate workshops including SIL, LOPA and HAZOP.

What you'll need to succeed
As this is a senior role you will have the following:

• Degree qualified electrical engineer
• Possess 10 or more years’ experience in the industry
• Demonstrated experience in risk or functional safety including technical audits, hazard and risk identification, technical investigations and mitigation techniques.
• Background in industry and machinery (Highly regarded)
• Demonstrate advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, strong problem solving ability
• Have effective time management skills
