Fast becoming a leader within the Building and Construction Industry, Synchro Group is currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic driven team today.

In this role, you will be reporting to Project Managers and your main duties will be include handling a variety of contacts at any time across the commercial sector. You will also be responsible for:

Contract Management

Cost Reporting

Assess progress claims and sub-contractor payments

Head / Sub Contract Variations

Preparing and submitting variations to the client

Variation assessment

Key requirements to apply for this role:

2-5 years’ experience prior as a Construction Contracts Administrator

Must have experience working across residential and commercial projects

Come with strong communication skills

Contract and Sub Contract Management

Reliable and punctual

Enthusiastic your work ethic
