Full job description

Senior Change and Communications Manager Sydney You will join Infrastructure and Personal Technology, on a 12-month contract basis as a Senior Change and Communications Manager, responsible for managing impact to people from major technology change initiatives. You will have a role in the development of the department strategy and input into strategic initiatives. In addition, you will take ownership of stakeholder engagement, end user communication, empathy interviews and design workshops, as well as the development of briefing papers and reports. To be successful in this role, you will be confident in your ability to develop relationships at all levels, have an ability to create a compelling story, be highly collaborative and a natural problem solver. You are proactive, organised and people-oriented, with strong experience in dealing with stakeholders, influencing outcomes and an ability to engage staff around a clear vision. You are customer obsessed and able to champion and influence at all levels to ensure exceptional customer experiences are delivered. Your responsibilities will include: * Work in partnership with leaders to ensure they are able to lead and support business change * Drive new ways of change to be embraced, adopted and utilised * Work on organisational change and technical change programs * Managing the project change deliverables including change strategy, plans, stakeholder analysis, engagement, communications and training * Help the process to think about how to communicate with the business You will bring the following experience: * Experience writing communications and developing communications plans * Highly experienced and confident able to challenge the stakeholders to do it the right way * Track record in implementing successful communications strategies with the right methodology * Template and messaging creation * Experience in effectively announcing milestones within the projects and managing risks * Human Centred Design and Customer Journey mapping experience If you are interested in getting involved in various Tech Change initiatives and making your mark, please apply through the link.
