Sales Trader

Your new company
This listed company has a surplus of $6 billion in market capitalisation and offices in worldwide. Due to continual growth in Australia and Asia they are now looking to recruit a number of Trainee Sales Traders to join their growing team.

Your new role
This role as a Sales Trader the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Provide high level client support across email, web chat, social media platforms and via telephone
• Resolving trade disputes
• Take initiative to support the team and provide exceptional client and customer service
• Action any pending administration tasks and conduct audit checks as required
• Answer all queries in relation to products and platforms

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within fast-paced and KPI driven environments within financial services or banking
• Must be fluent in either German/Mandarin/Cantonese/Spanish/French
• Hold a Commerce or Finance Degree
