The sales support administrator will be in charge of dealing with a wide range of customers, clients and suppliers and ensuring everything is in order. My client is looking for someone with excellent time management skills, great rapport building skills and someone who can create and read reports.

My client is after someone to do sales order data entry in an accurate and timely manner. Someone who can advise clients of delivery times and possible disruptions to freight. Follow up on orders from suppliers and be able to liaise with suitable stakeholders. Take a range of phone and email based enquiries and be able to support the sales team with their enquiries also.
The suitable person will have an upbeat and positive attitude, with great communication skills and a real passion for working in a team to create the best outcomes for clients. Someone who is proficient in excel is advantageous but not a must. Someone who is compassionate and empathetic due to the nature of some of the clients you'd be dealing with is a must.
