We are looking to bolster our, already strong, sales division in our Melbourne team. The team is made up of a group of driven and passionate individuals who look to serve our clients and in turn, build a career for themselves. 

We are not necessarily asking for any previous Solar sales experience. Our team is made up of a mix of backgrounds, including- Construction, Retail, Hospitality, and Real estate.

We really believe in training and developing our team. Our in-depth theory training and one-on-one coaching model provides our team with education on the following subjects;

  • Building rapport with customers.
  • Qualifying interest levels and carrying out thorough Needs Analysis.
  • Building excitement in a product and closing a sale.
  • Consolidation of a conversation to ensure customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for- 

You will be working in our inbound renewable energy sales team. Due to the recent success of this team, Solar Service Group is now the Number 1 provider of Solar batteries in Australia. 

Our next plan is to build the worlds biggest Virtual Power Plant. And this is where we need your help.

You will be speaking to customers throughout the day via inbound phone calls and navigating them through the sales process.

We are very proud of the team spirit we are building therefore knowing the importance of teamwork will help in this role. 

Some other skills and traits that will help you stand out are;

  • 6+ months experience in a sales environment where you navigate a customer through a sales process. 
  • A will and want to succeed. Goals and a direction as to what you want to achieve. 
  • Student mindset. We have a solid training program and we like to work with those who want to further their skills.
