BIG are seeking rock star Sales Ambassadors to represent Optus as it continues to bring coverage and value across Australia.

Brand Influence Group (BIG) are looking for rock star Sales Ambassadors to represent Optus, as it continues to bring coverage and value to regional Australia.

BIG is an industry leading experiential, sales and field-marketing organisation that provides innovative solutions and outsourced workforce services.
Our mobile workforce community is over 2,000 strong across Australia and New Zealand and includes experts in fields such as; brand representation, sales, demonstrations and merchandising.

Due to an exciting new partnership, BIG is looking for superstar Sales Ambassadors with engaging personalities and the ability to close a sale!

You will be assisting and selling to consumers the Optus mobile, home broadband, and content product suite at events, kiosks and products launches within the Shoalhaven and Nowra region.

Hours fluctuate depending on business needs with up to 20 hours per week on offer.

To be successful in this role it is critical you need to:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries
  • Confidently engage and communicate with all types of customers
  • Uncover the unique needs of each customer through meaningful conversations and provide an effective solution
  • Manage customer objections and concerns
  • Conduct network coverage checks using Mapblaster demonstrations
  • Have energy and drive for selling and ensuring a world class customer experience
  • Set-up, maintain and pack down event and kiosk displays to a professional standard
  • Be involved with on ground assistance and set up of out of store sales activations
  • Assist with maintaining Optus inventory and assets
  • Spruik offers to customers and distribute flyers, merchandise and giveaways
  • Be able to work autonomously and take responsibility for outcomes
  • Have a vehicle and a clean and current driver's licence
  • Travel is required with some overnight stays

  • Is well presented, reliable and able to work variable hours and days
  • Is excited by technology and content like smart phones, movies and music
  • Communicates well and is adept understanding customer needs.
