About the role An exciting opportunity for a Risk Analyst to join our Group Risk and Compliance (GRC) function and support the team with administering the Governance, Risk and Compliance tool on behalf of the team and the broader Chief Legal Teams. You support the Group Risk Manager in the implementation of the risk framework through the GRC systems. You help in pulling together the risk data and distilling it into easy-to-understand formats for non-technical business stakeholders. What you'll be doing * Be the main point of contact for the use of the GRC Tool and for GRC user queries and support * Establish, support, and facilitate GRC user group meetings to ensure effective governance of the system and to build organisational awareness and capability in the effective use of the tool to support risk management and compliance activities * Analyses risk and control data to determine emerging risk exposures, and opportunities to improve the control environment * Facilitates and contributes to the delivery of risk reporting to the Board and its subcommittees, to Coles Executive and Management, and to various stakeholders across the functions and business units * Engage with key internal stakeholders and the vendor to design, implement and configure solutions for risk and compliance Good things youll need * Proven experience in enterprise risk management with strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks, principles and practices in a complex regulatory environment or consulting environment * Experience working with and strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance systems and tools * Capable in analysing, interpreting, presenting and reporting complex information * Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to build relationship with a variety of stakeholders * Highly customer focused and committed to timely resolution of issues in a fast-paced environment * Capacity to handle change in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task and project manage competing priorities * Solutions-focused with good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude * Tertiary degree in risk management, finance, economics, IT, engineering or relevant discipline #LI-PC Why Coles?
