The Company

Prestigious brand with a reputation for providing luxurious products to the market, require the expertise of an experienced Customer Service Representative to work within their Retention team.

The Position

  • Identifying opportunities to help retain customers by understanding their needs and adding value to the relationship.
  • Providing excellence in service delivery, which will entice customers to finance with this company.
  • Successfully providing finance and insurance quotes to existing or new customers, whilst building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed targets and objectives.
  • Providing support to the Sales Team and the Operations Team in the areas of Customer Retention, Dealership liaison and Customer Service.
  • Representing the company professionally and with integrity at all times.
  • Work with the National Sales Manager and other department to support ongoing initiatives and campaigns.

The Candidate

  • Experienced telephone sales in a team environment including a demonstrated ability to identify and develop alternative solutions to problems.
  • Use of effective sales techniques, tools and processes.
  • Ability to deliver customer focused solutions in an impactful way coupled with experience of managing customer demands and expectations.
  • Application of negotiation skills and tools both individually and within a team.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency required with Microsoft suite of products especially excel.
