  • Manage the restaurant operations independently
  • Interacting with customers and observing their experience with the meal and service
  • Planning and organizing parties and catering events inside and outside the restaurant.
  • Menu planning and consulting with chef
  • Maintaining records of stock levels in the kitchen and the financial transaction for the restaurant on a daily basis
  • Arranging the purchasing of the inventory and raw food material after deciding the quality and the requirements
  • Arranging the pricing of goods according to the budget
  • May take reservations, greet customers and take orders from them if required.
  • Two years of working experience in the industry is a must.
