Your new company
Based out of the colleges Brisbane offices, this RTO offers online certificate and diploma courses in a wide range of vocation industries including Allied Health (Physio, OT, Nutrition and Dietetics), dental, business, HR and Education. The college is well established with over 20 years of operating and offer a flexible model that allows students to study around their lifestyle commitments.

Your new role
As the Resource Developer, you will be joining a large team who has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Working on a range of products, your focus will be delivering high quality, accurate and consistent products that are compliant to ASQA. You will be responsible for:

  • Compliance to Training Package UoC requirements
  • Development of assessment tools and products
  • Collaborating internally with your team and other stakeholders
  • Quality controlling all assessment tools and products
  • Ensuring innovation and continuous improvement
  • Reporting and tracking where required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of one years experience developing compliance assessment tools for units and developing learning and development projects. Alongside this you will also have strong skills in the Microsoft suite, strong to advance mapping skills and the drive and motivation to continuous improvement.

A TAE40110 - Certificate IV in Assessment (or similar) is required for this role and a Diploma of Training Design and Development is highly regarded.
