Centacare Family Services are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced mental health practitioners to join ourGeraldtonbased team in the role of Regional Services Manager. Relocation assistance may be considered for suitable candidates. Job Requirements: Key Functions Assist the Executive Manager Programmes to coordinate the delivery of professional and high-quality family counselling services in Geraldton, Carnarvon and Exmouth. Oversee the day-to-day management of Counselling Services. Provide effective leadership and foster a positive team environment. Selection Criteria: Qualifications University Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Community Services along with professional membership with the relevant association. Selection Criteria: Skills & Experience At least 5 years work experience post-graduation, and 3 years staff management experience. Experience in providing clinical supervision to Counsellors. Good organisational skills with the capacity to build strong team relationships. High level of written and verbal communication skills, including report writing. Ability to show initiative and self-motivation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work within the philosophy and ethos of Centacare.
