Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager Quality & Compliance and working collaboratively with the senior operational and functional leaders on all aspects of quality management in regard to the organisations Narrabeen residential site. Operating within your designated residential region, you will form part of the leadership team responsible for developing a high performing culture. As the successful candidate, you will lead and drive the implementation of a Strategic Quality Framework and drive effective management and use of local teams. You will also ensure the safe, evidenced-based outcomes in the standard of client care across the range of functional operations areas. Further responsibilities will include ensuring that all aspects of care and services provided by the organisation are provided in line with relevant legislation, quality standards and emerging requirements
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with strategic vision and a passion for business and service improvement in complex stakeholder environments with high level competencies in the provision of community support services. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of quality management and or residential home services, relevant agencies funding and policy protocols, accreditation and workplace relations legislation will be highly regarded.
Applicants will be required to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as nursing’s or other health or human services profession, quality management. Tertiary qualifications in quality management or equivalent or working towards same. Ability to manage complex stakeholder demands in a time critical environment.
