About the role

Reporting to the Planning and Delivery Manager, this is a 12 month contract opportunity based at our Marong office. This role is varied and no two days will be the same! Key responsibilities include:
Comprehensive development of operational plans and regional coordination of activities to efficiently supply grain to fulfill customer orders
Weekly generation of Site Opening Plans and Site Assembly Plans with consideration of multiple inputs and priorities
Ensuring plans are actively working towards desired targets
Ensuring proactive pest control, maintenance and resource plans are developed, communicated, implemented and tracked for success
Proactively participate with all key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information is maintained
Responsible for maintaining sound working partnerships with internal stakeholders which benefit all parties
Assist with the timely planning and implementation of Pest Control, Maintenance and Resource allocation activities within the Region
Assist with the priority planning and execution of harvest and other outload priority movements of both Road and Rail
Manage the grower returns process

About your experience

Ideally the successfull applicant will have a background in Agriculture and logistics. Other key skills include:4+ years relevant industry experienceStrong relationship building skillsStrong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)Ability to drive results through othersAbility to lead and influence discussionA self-starter and ability to work independentlyIntermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite collaboration
