As our growth continues, we are currently offering an opportunity for a driven recruiter with ambition to stamp their management mark further developing the Hays Toowoomba footprint.
Toowoomba is on the cusp of a major growth spurt, with a booming economy and continuing job growth. Coupled with our pre-existing relationships in the local area and rapidly developing new client base, the time has never been better to capitalise on this growth in our Toowoomba office.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a strong recruitment background, specifically working in an agency environment. Furthermore, your development of strong business relationships and a large focus on networking and involvement within the local community will ensure your success in this role. Ideally you will have experience managing a team of recruiters, however this is not essential as we are willing to provide management training through our people leadership training programme. Managing a regional office will be uniquely challenging and will require a high level of commitment; however, the rewards will be significant and you will have the opportunity to develop and mentor a passionate and motivated team of four and expand the team even further. You will be recognised nationally within the Hays network and see your career fast-tracked.
