About the Company:
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Brisbane office. Our client does shutdowns throughout Australia and prides themselves on customer service. They have been operating in Australia for a number of years and have built a strong reputation over this time.
About the Role:
This position is an ongoing role. You will play an integral part in the success of our clients delivery of shutdown work, where you will be providing day to day administrative support to the shutdown team. You will also be responsible for sourcing and recruiting potential job candidates and onboarding them. It is a full time Monday - Friday office based role.
- Shutdown support
- Advertising positions
- Updating the HR database accordingly
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a number of trade basedroles
- Onboarding candidates
- Reference checking
You will be available immediately and have experience in a similiar position. You will ideally know how to source for trade-based roles within a shutdown environment. You will have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills. You will have the proven ability to work autonomosly and within a team in a dynamic environment.
